Plast Commerce has been producing PVC compounds for over 30 years. We have modern equipment for compounding and granulating. We can produce compounds to specific customer formulations with the desired hardness, color and additives. Our compounds are used by dozens of manufacturers in Bulgaria and abroad.

What types of PVC compounds do you offer?
We offer two main types of PVC compounds: flexible compounds with hardness 50-90 Shore A for flexible products (hoses, seals, cable jackets, medical devices) and rigid compounds with hardness 65-85 Shore D for rigid profiles (pipes, cladding, construction profiles, industrial products).
Can you produce PVC compounds to our formulation?
Yes, we have over 30 years of experience in PVC compound production to specific formulations. We can produce compounds with the exact hardness, color, UV stabilization, antistatic properties and other additives you need. We have modern compounding and granulating equipment.
What are the minimum order quantities?
For standard compounds from stock, the minimum quantity is 500 kg (20 bags of 25 kg). For custom productions to customer formulation, minimum quantities start from 1000 kg depending on the complexity of the specification.
How are PVC compounds packaged?
PVC compounds are packaged in 25 kg polyethylene bags or big bags (1000 kg) depending on the order quantity and customer preference. Bags are convenient for smaller production runs, and big bags for industrial deliveries.
What is the delivery lead time?
For standard compounds from stock - 2-3 working days. For custom productions to customer formulation - 10-15 working days depending on the quantity and specification.
