Corner Profiles for Architectural Concrete

Triangular PVC profiles for creating chamfers on the edges of exposed concrete elements. Create clean, professional lines and protect edges from damage.

Why use corner profiles?

Corner profiles create chamfers (bevels) on the edges of concrete elements. This not only improves the aesthetic appearance of architectural concrete, but also protects sharp edges from chipping and damage. Chamfers are mandatory for architectural concrete with high aesthetic requirements - facades, columns, staircases.

Installation Guide

  1. 1

    Formwork Preparation

Clean and apply release agent to the internal surfaces of the formwork.

  2. 2

    Profile Positioning

Place the corner profile in the corner of the formwork. For profiles with fin, attach the fin to the formwork.

  3. 3

    Fixation

For standard profiles, fix with adhesive or tape. The profile must be tightly attached.

  4. 4

    Stripping

After the concrete has cured, remove the formwork. The profile separates easily and can be reused.

Frequently Asked Questions about Corner Profiles

What are concrete corner profiles used for?
Corner profiles create chamfers (bevels) on the edges of concrete elements. This not only improves the aesthetic appearance of architectural concrete, but also protects sharp edges from chipping and damage. Chamfers are mandatory for architectural concrete with high aesthetic requirements - facades, columns, staircases.
What is the difference between a profile with fin and without fin?
The profile with fin has an integrated wing (fin) that attaches directly to the formwork. This provides better fixation and the profile does not shift during concrete pouring. The standard profile without fin requires additional fixation with adhesive or tape.
What sizes of corner profiles do you offer?
We offer corner profiles without fin in sizes 15x15, 20x20, 25x25 and 30x30 mm. Profiles with fin are available in sizes 15x15, 20x20 and 25x25 mm. The standard length of all profiles is 2.5 meters.
Can they be reused?
Yes, our PVC corner profiles have a smooth surface and separate easily after stripping. With careful handling they can be reused multiple times, which reduces costs on large projects.
How to choose the right size?
The chamfer size depends on the aesthetic requirements and the scale of the element. For small elements, 15-20 mm profiles are typically used. For large columns and facades, 25-30 mm is recommended. Consult the architect or designer for specific requirements.
